Mâcon davayé
A selection of 5 plots in their prime that are mainly
chalk-clay. This cuvée in its pale yellow robe
with silvery tints shows itself off in a very flattering
light. The fruity fresh flavours come out in a very
seductive burst. This Mâcon-Villages is a simple authentic wine that you can enjoy as an apéritif with friends or with grilled fish. Other possibilities include drinking it with a starter of jellied ham or with Asian cuisine.
