powerful wines. Set in the heart of the family
of Saint Véran’s three climats (= officially named
vineyard) "La Grande Bruyère" is the estate’s
"rebel teenager". This wine will surprise you both
with its power and spicy notes. Its virile body
makes "la Grande Bruyère" a beautiful partner
to guinea-fowl with Roquefort or poultry
in cream sauce.
